Over the last 5 to 10 years, there have been many people who have invested in residential property in one way or another. The sad part about this has seen many investors being stuck with properties that are costing them lots of money each month to cover the shortfall of their loans. Most investment "gurus" encouraged many hard working Australians to go out and buy residential property and negatively gear the "asset".

It has been very common for these investors to eventually realise that their quality of life had become so tight and they had no money to live on. In fact, what most of these investors have actually achieved is to pay for a good quality lifestyle for their tenants.

Not all residential property investment needs to be negative geared. In fact, it is very possible to make your investment so good that your tenants will happly pay more then the market rent just because of the benefits that your property brings to them!

Quite often, we are approached by people who want to buy more residential property, but their banks are telling them that they do not have enough income to support additional residential property, so they simply buy more assets through our easy home ownership system and in some cases, provided they can prove that they are able to easily meet the monthly payments, we can help them to buy our houses, town houses or home units with little or no money invested by them!

In other cases, we have people who are holding empty houses, town houses or home units and supporting the monthly payments have become so hard that they don't know what else to do. We have also helped property investors in this situation as well.

Sometimes, we even have people approach us with money they would like to invest for a good return on their investment. While we don't actively source these kinds of funds, we will listen to people who are interested to invest with us from time to time, and if we both feel that we can work with each other, then we will work towards a sucessful outcome... One step at a time!
