Investors We are currently not looking for investors at We Buy Homes.com.au. We are looking though to set up groups of between 2 to 20 people to put in small amounts of money each to purchase property without a mortgage. These opportunities will ideally suit people that would like to have part ownership in an asset but ordinarily could not afford to pay off a mortgage on their own. Each persons name will go on title of the purchased property. Sweat equity will be involved. By this we mean that as a group of between 2 to 20 people we will do improvements to the property to increase capital growth and equity. Profit from the property transaction will be made through either keeping the property as a buy and hold and renting it out, or selling the property for a profit once the work is completed.
