Consulting

Over the years, we have consulted to many investors over the short and long term. Our consulting services teach investors the full "How To" of the Rent to Buy niche but with ethics thickly ingrained throughout our systems. Rent to Buy investors using our consulting are trained with all information provided, we leave no information out so investors are equipped to be successful in the Rent to Buy field.

Short term consulting is usually a one to two hour phone call, or sitting together over a coffee. We are happy to answer all of your questions within the time frame requested.

Long term consulting varies in time frames, but can continue over a time frame such as 12 months. We are happy to mentor groups of people who are either looking to implement a deal together or wish to find out more detail about how Rent to Buy's work.

We do charge a fee for our time and experience when consulting. We have found over time that generally people do not value what they do not pay for. People are far more likely to take action on something that they have spent their own hard earned money on rather than something that has been placed in their lap for free. Our aim when consulting is to see people move to the next level and take action on what they have learned, and then reap their reward. Speaking Engagements

We are also available to attend functions and speaking engagements in relation to the Rent to Buy niche. There are many property investing groups  and forums that hold regular monthly meetings for their members. We are available to speak on the subject of Rent to Buy in any such group setting.
